Can I change my plan?
The monthly plan can be changed to yearly at anytime. Yearly plan can be changed to monthly by contacting us the month prior to your yearly renewal date.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Stripe manages our payment system and offers a number of options. These options may change over time depending on their partnerships. If you have any issues please contact us directly.
What if I need to pause my account?
You may pause a monthly payment plan for up to 6 months before your existing project data may be lost. If you are on an annual plan you may pause it on your renewal date for up to one year before your existing data may be lost.
Are there extra fees for file storage?
We do charge a $10 flat fee per gigabyte of storage beyond the original plan offering.
Do you offer annual discounts?
We do offer a nearly 20% discount for annual plans as shown above. This is similar to paying for 10 months and receiving 12 months of service. Annual plans are non-refundable, but can be canceled at anytime.
